Marian Varhaník is a multi-genre musician, singer, composer, and organizer of music events focused on showcasing interpretive art in the realms of classical music and jazz (featuring acoustic pianos). He first appeared on the music scene in the late 1980s. While studying at university, he played keyboards for the band Metalinda, with whom he reached the finals of the Bratislavská Lýra festival in 1988. Even then, he collaborated on arranging many of the band's hits and participated in their studio recordings.
